Thank you for shopping with Lili Candle Co! We strive to provide you with high-quality candles and a delightful shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged or defective items may be eligible for return or replacement, subject to verification.
- Custom or personalized candles are generally not eligible for return, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Sale items may have specific return policies, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support team at liliscandleco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, or if it is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- Please provide photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges:
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
