Welcome to Lili Candle Co! By accessing and using our website www.lilicandleco.store and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

  • By using our website and purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.  


  • If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.  


  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and purchase of products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.  



2. Products and Descriptions:

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our candles. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. Please use best judgment for item accuracy. The product images with solid white backdrop would be the best interpretation for what the actual product will look like in when received.
  • We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.   
  • All candles are for decorative and aromatic purposes. Follow all safety instructions provided with each product.

3. Orders and Payment:

  • By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.   
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in price or product description, or suspected fraud.   
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept most payment methods offered by Shopify's platform.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We will make every effort to ship your order within the estimated timeframe. However, shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.   
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are your responsibility.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds:

  • Please refer to our Return Policy page for full detailed approach for returns and refunds. If you receive a damaged or in error product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos for a possible resolution.  
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

  • You agree to use our website and purchase our products for lawful purposes only.
  • You must not use our website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.   
  • You must not use our website for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

  • We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Safety Disclaimer:

  • Candles should always be burned within sight.
  • Keep candles away from flammable materials.
  • Keep candles away from children and pets.
  • Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Do not leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before burning.

13. Whole Agreement.

  • These terms, and any documents referenced within, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lili Candle Co.
